Performed all Quantity Surveying functions Prepared & got approval of Final PC at RA/186 Project of Roads & Bridges with the following achievements: • Discovered about 202 tons of unclaimed steel reinforcement from the Project communication records. • Similarly discovered many other unclaimed items. • This resulted in an increase of about 4.16 million US Dollars from the last PC. Project got delayed and now drafting Legal Pleadings for submission before the Court of Law and Expert Committee. 2. Senior Contract Administrator Pan Arab Consulting Engineers (PACE) – Kuwait o June 2007 – February 2012 o Responsibilities and Achievements: I have been Manager of two quantity surveyors, on two different projects of roads and bridges, RA/125 & RA/125. Drafted FIDIC based Tender Documents & Specifications for 3 numbers of housing projects in Djibouti, and negotiated the documents with the Clients. Drafted FIDIC based Tender Documents & Specifications for a housing project in Mauritania. Drafted FIDIC based Tender Documents & Specifications of Aden Causeway Project in Yemen. I had also prepared Prequalification Evaluation Report and Schedules of 31 international contractors for this project, including replies to contractors’ quarries, letter of acceptance and agreement. Drafted Technical Specifications & Tender Documents for Preventive Maintenance of NREC Buildings in Kuwait for the following works: • HVAC, Chillers, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System. 3. Senior Quantity Surveyor Ashfaq Associates (Pakistan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Turkmenistan) o July 2002 – May 2007 o Responsibilities and achievements: Worked at 4 numbers of Airport Projects, including manager of one quantity surveyor at one project.
